Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us a minimum of 12 hours in advance. All bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t make a booked session, please contact us by emailing info@sense_sational_kids.ie a minimum of 12 hours beforehand so that we can rearrange your session time. One transfer per booking can be accommodated, subject to availability with 12 hours notice. We cannot transfer a booking multiple times. Partial transfers are not possible, if you need to reschedule your booking, all guests will be moved to the new date. If you request a reschedule within twelve hours of your booking time, a 50% fee will apply. This is to cover the spaces taken up at a reduced rate for your new class.
