Service Description

At Sense-sational Kids, your child will have private use of our Play Studio for two hours. Each of the activities will be carefully curated to your child's likes and interests. We will collaborate with you to ensure your child receives their dream party! We will provide tables for you to bring along balloons, cake, snacks and any food you so wish. Towards the end of the party, we will bring out our bubble machine, which adds extra magic to the party. Our party rates start at €200 and cover up to 15 children. We can accommodate more children in our space at an additional price of €5 per child. We can also make teas and coffees for the grown ups at a reduced rate to our usual class prices. We offer a grace period of 20 minutes before the party begins for you to arrive and set up your tables and balloons. A non-refundable booking deposit of €50 is required to secure your party with us. The balance for the party can be made on the day of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

At Sense-sational Kids, we strive to ensure that every birthday party is both unique and enjoyable. Therefore, please read our Terms and Conditions before agreeing to a birthday party at our venue. Parents are to provide all food, cake and treats. Sense-sational Kids does not take responsibility for any dietary requirements. All food brought in is at the discretion of the parents and they take full responsibility for allergies. No singular blown up balloons. While we welcome large helium number balloons or balloon displays. Single balloons are not permitted, this is to ensure the safety of children in attendance. Parents and guardians must actively supervise their children while in attendance. We do not accept responsibility for any child during their time at a birthday party. Active supervision is crucial as we have small items in our setting. We no longer permit drop offs for birthday parties. If families do drop off, the parent hosting are responsible for each child in their care. Any damage caused will be liable to parents hosting. Sense-sational Kids permits a maximum of 25 children per party. Sense-sational Kids does not accept responsibility for any belongings brought on site by outside persons. Amendments to dates and times are accepted up to 30 days before confirmed date. Any changes made 30 days before your party are subject to additional fees and late cancellation fee of 50%.
