Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. All bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t make a booked session, please contact us by emailing info@sense_sational_kids.ie a minimum of 12 hours beforehand so that we can rearrange your session time. One transfer per booking can be accommodated, subject to availability with 12 hours notice. We cannot transfer a booking multiple times. Partial transfers are not possible, if you need to reschedule your booking, all guests will be moved to the new date.
